I tried replacing the spinning hard drive in my laptop with a solid state drive and ended up damaging the ribbon cable that connects the hard drive to the motherboard. I was in a complete panic and needed to get this fixed ASAP and Angelo came through above and beyond what I expected and provided great value for the service. Not only did he see me immediately, he replaced the part for me from a spare laptop he had and had me on my way in less than an hour with a fully functioning computer! I have a TOSHIBA laptop that had an outdated operating system and I really love the large keyboard & screen.  Angelo quickly identified what I needed and upgraded my unit to highest windows product possible.  He had my unit ready to go in one day and at a very reasonable price. Angelo was awesome. I was having some computer issues after updating my software that I wasn't able to troubleshoot on my own. I called Angelo over the weekend to see if they were open and if I could stop by the shop to drop off my computer. He went above and beyond and was able to help me remotely. After running through 2-3 possible scenarios he was able to help me identify and correct the issue I was experiencing. His price was more than reasonable and I ended up extremely satisfied. Very nice and responsive. I reached out on yelp with a report of what I have already done to my computer and what I believe the issue is. Received a quick prompt response on what they believe the issue might be, based on the information I provided. They also provided next steps and suggestions on what I can do to fix my computer.
